Through the Mission, Vision and Values (MVV), the CIP Donapea IIP provides the Center’s raison d’être (mission), a formulation of a long-term vision and the values it wants to share.
Mission: Reason for being of the organization, why it exists.
Vision: Aspiration of the organization, image of a desirable future.
Values: Action criteria, rules of the game or behaviors expected and promoted in the organization.
In order to contribute to its Mission, the Center will develop the following strategies:
Prepare and review the Strategic Plan and the Annual Improvement Plans with the participation of the members of the Educational Community. Attend to the diversity of students, promoting equality and non-discrimination. Manage the performance of the center’s QMS processes, using the CCP as a means of communication and decision-making. Respect the privacy of personal data, students and their families or legal representatives. Work as a team in a coordinated way. Involve all the teaching staff and all the non-teaching staff in the management of the Center, recognizing their work. Properly plan the actions, incorporating technological advances and the appropriate equipment.To promote and facilitate the permanent training of the Center’s Personnel. Participate in educational programs of interest, such as international educational exchanges. Promote, from the professional family departments, the realization of innovation and development projects for companies. Inform and guide students, workers and the unemployed about the accreditation of skills, and about On-Line Training.

Provide a comprehensive training service, committed to innovation and new learning methodologies, which facilitate the personal and professional development of all the people at the center, sharing experiences and knowledge to adapt to a constantly changing society.

Strategic plan
The CIP Donapea IIP, within the CCP, annually reviews its Strategic Plan, which sets the direction that the center should follow in the coming years. The work method is carried out following the recommendations from Kadinet, and using the provided tool.
